About the course

BPP University gives direct entry to Year 2 of the BSc Accounting and Finance degree to those who have earned a suitable Level 4 qualification. This study scheme prepares learners for more complex subjects in financial reporting, taxation, auditing and corporate finance. You may qualify for exemptions on the exams, as the program was developed in partnership with ACCA, ICAEW and CIMA professional accounting bodies. BPP’s focus on practical lessons allows students to see how financial data, regulations and company decisions are important for real life. In these classes, students interact, analyze cases and use accounting software, so they graduate ready for an accounting career. Business ethics, law and finance are all part of the course which helps students build strategic and analytical abilities. Each program includes the chance to participate in networking, create a professional CV or receive interview preparation guidance. At the end of their program, students can begin jobs in public practice, industry or financial services. Year 2 entry is suited to learners who want to work less and earn a prestigious degree that is current with industry standards.
