With this course, students get plenty of practice in making visual and graphic communication. Key skills are taught to students in typography, branding, illustration, digital media and interactive design, using live briefs and the support of professionals. Students in this program are asked to think conceptually and solve problems in practice so they are ready to meet the new challenges in the creative industries. Students learn to interact with clients, organize work tasks and develop a portfolio. Students discover how different designs can affect the world around us and consider what is right and wrong in their work. By learning skills and reflecting critically, the program prepares its graduates to be graphic designers, art directors or creative consultants.
