Studying the Adult Nursing BN (Hons) at Bangor University for 3 years will enable you to register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Students learn throughout this course to apply caring and scientific principles in different hospital, community and care home environments. A combination of theoretical and practical learning allows students to study anatomy, nursing practice, mental health, pharmacology and caring for the whole person. Bangor University has equipment and a group of nursing staff who are always on hand to support students. People who graduate hold the qualifications needed to work as registered adult nurses in either the NHS or the private healthcare system.
