Follow Next steps after receiving an offer
Check whether it's a conditional or unconditional offer. Understand the requirements, deadlines, and course details mentioned.
Log in to the university portal or follow the instructions to formally accept the offer. This is necessary to reserve your spot.
If your offer is conditional, you must submit the required documents, such as final transcripts, test scores (IELTS, TOEFL), or medical certificates, to convert it into an unconditional offer.
Most universities require an initial tuition fee deposit to confirm your enrollment. This is also needed to get a CAS or I-20 for visa purposes.
Prepare and organize bank statements, affidavits, and financial sponsor letters showing proof of funds for tuition and living expenses—these are required for the visa application.
For the UK, apply for a CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies); for the USA, obtain an I-20 form. These are essential for the visa application.
With your CAS/I-20 and financial documents in hand, submit your visa application. Attend your visa interview (if required), and wait for approval.
Book your student housing, arrange airport pickup (if offered), and purchase your flight tickets. Be sure to plan at least 1–2 weeks ahead of the course start date.
Many consultancies and universities offer pre-departure sessions to help you with packing, travel tips, cultural adjustment, and settling in abroad.
With your visa approved and preparations done, it’s time to travel, settle in your new country, and begin your global academic experience.
